» Barry Schultz Wins US Disc Golf Championship Posted by lunk @ 11:02AM MDT
Barry Schultz dominated this year's United States Disc Golf Championships, with a commanding 11 stroke lead over Tarboro, NC native, Brian Schweberger. This tournament is the culmination of the PDGA tour 2006.
It was great to attend the 3rd round of the competition and see the top pro's play. If there's one thing I could distinguish between pros and amatuers it is the smoothness and confidence of each shot.

It's officially 2006! 10th anniversary of quake. Got mad love for it still. Although my sound card won't run it and I probably haven't played it once in the last year!

» Week 5 NFL Predictions Posted by lunk @ 12:11PM MDT
Ravens @. Lions Are the Disappoint Lions ever going to be good again? I have to go with the ravens on this. Ravens > Lions
Bears @ Browns Chicago's D will have to step it up to beat the Browns at home. If the browns can hold the Bears to under 21 points the Browns should take this one in a close game Browns > Bears
Dolphins @ Bills The bills suck, I have to go with the Dolphin's D to stop the Bills from scoring enough points to win this one. Dolphins > Bills
Patriots @ Falcons The Patriots with their depleated defense due to more than half their starters out on injury will not be able to stop the best rushing team in football. If the Patriots offensive line can hold back pass rush and blitz schemes of the Falcons they might keep it close, but I don't expect them to win. Falcons > Patriots
Saints @ Packers The Packers just plain suck this year. Favre is still one of the best QB's to ever play the game, but without a proper supporting staff the Packers face an uphill battle. In their second visit ever to Green Bay, expect the Saints to be unable to stop the talent of the hall of famer. Expect Brett Farve to come out firing bullets to take their first win of the season at home. Packers > Saints
Seahawks @ Rams Expect this NFC West Conference game to be a close one, but I expect the Holt and the Rams to win this one at home. Rams > Seahawks
Buccaneers @ Jets Cadillac drives over 40 year old in a hit and run accident. Police looking for suspects. Bucs > Jets
Titans @ Texans McNair should bring the Titans to .500 for the season in their visit to the Texans. Titans > Texans
Colts @ 49ers The 49ers depleted secondary doesn't stand a chance against Manning's high powered passing offense. The Colts should take this one in a home upset for San Francisco. Colts > 49ers
Panthers @ Cardinals With the inconsistency of Jake Delhomme a game deciding factor in two close games this season and the impressive domination of the 49ers by backup QB McCown last week, this is really anybody's game. My completely biased has to give this one to the Panthers in a close road win. Panthers > Cardinals
Eagles @ Cowboys McNabb and TO's explosive offensive will hand the Cowboys a home loss when they travel to Dallas. You can never count a Parcel's team out of the game, but they won't be able to stop the NFC Champion Eagles. Eagles > Cowboys
Redskins @ Broncos The Bronco's D and their extra man altitude should hand the Redskins their first loss of this season, dropping them to 3-1. Broncos > Redskins
Bengals @ Jaguars In this battle of the cats I have to take the 4-0 Bengals, who have had their best start since 1988, to increase their win total to five. Following the confidence bost of their last four games I thing the Jaguars will have thier work cut out for them. Bengals > Jaguars
Game of the Week Steelers @ Chargers Though their respective records don't reflect it, two of the premire teams of the NFL will meet in a Monday night extravaganza. Tomlinson, the league's top rusher, will match up against the Steelers' smothering defense in a sure to be thrilling game. Brees, L.T. and Gates provide a trio of offensive weapons that will, combined with the crowd, create an environment where it will be tough to outscore the home team. Look for the Steelers to join the Patriots, in the weakening AFC North, with their 2nd straight loss. Chargers > Steelers

» Black and White2 Reviews Posted by lunk @ 10:02AM MDT
One of the most unique game experiences I've ever had the pleasure to play was Black & White from Lionhead Studios. You are a god that can achieve his goals of world domination through good or evil means and those actions have an impact on the people and architecture throughout the game. Many hours were spent trying to train my creature to handle the most basic tasks, many of which were a monumental failure.
Black & White 2 looks to build on the best feature from the original and also has gotten a graphics update to take advantage of the lastest BFG GeForce 9000.
Check out some reviews over at Yahoo and Games Rader.
